Payment terms include, but are not limited to, Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC), Telegraphic Transfers (TT), and payments via bank confirmation. These terms are tailored to the specific needs of each transaction and client.

 

4. What procedures are followed for the purchase?


Procedures may vary depending on the product and specific customer needs. Generally, the steps include the sending of a letter of intent to purchase (LOI) by the buyer, which confirms the Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) issued by the seller. The buyer issues an Unconditional Purchase Order (ICPO), finally signing a commercial invoice (CI) sent by the seller. Quality and quantity (Q&Q) inspection is carried out by recognized entities such as SGS or Intertek.

 

5. How is product quality guaranteed?

Product quality is guaranteed through inspections carried out by internationally recognized third parties, such as SGS or Intertek, at the loading port. These inspections ensure that the product meets agreed upon specifications prior to delivery.

 

6. Is it possible to customize the delivery terms and product quantity?


Yes, we offer flexibility in delivery terms and product quantities to meet our customers' specific needs. This includes adjustments to delivery scheduling and order quantities, always seeking maximum customer satisfaction.
